President Joe Biden has been quick to tell reporters that he loves his shotguns, and as such tries to present himself as a strong supporter of the Second Amendment. However, everything else that Biden has said about firearms seems to be completely contradictory. Since taking office, he has repeatedly called for new gun control measures.

The Supremes already addressed this. Can’t ban a common use firearm. Can’t think of anything more common in this realm than a 9mm handgun.

I’ve thought about a 499 magnum, if they ban 50 BMG, and if they ban the 499 magnum, create a 498 ultra magnum. And then a 497 super ultra magnum. But, they’ve already drawn the line at 50, so I view banning the 50 as absolutely unacceptable.

It has been done in the past. Mexico does not allow private ownership of pistols in the same caliber that the military uses, so you could not own a 45ACp or 9mm. So the 38 ACP super became really popular in Mexico: 130 grain bullet going 1300 fps. Oh yeah, the 1911 can hold a couple extra 38 Super rounds versus the 45 ACP- bonus.
9mm versus the 38 Super? Well the 9mm has a .355 bullet and the 38 Super has a .357 bullet.
