It has to be large scale, organized political action. One or more states could step up to the plate and start refusing Federal edicts and arresting Federal officials who try to enforce them.

But all I see is a few feeble lawsuits. That's good (as in Texas suing DHS), but it's not good enough. Texas could, for example, ask the courts to appoint a manager for CBP since its obvious that the regime is intentionally violating immigration law. Texas could also call up its National Guard and just have them eject illegal aliens back into Mexico and tell the regime and the courts they have no authority to order Texas to allow the law to be broken and allow an invasion.

But all I see is the usual Republican hand-wringing being used to fleece conservatives for more donations.
