In re God killing v man killing -
I have no idea whether these are the end times. So I am not defending that idea.
But judgement as recorded in scripture generally involves death of people. From the fall to the flood to plagues to God directed wars. This isn’t news. God is the giver and the only valid taker of life.
If we take a human life it is only with His permission or direction. Self defense, just war, genuinely involuntary manslaughter. That’s it.
Or, looked at another way, God has taken His hand of mercy off a wicked land and the results are the kinds of natural disasters He had been sparing that land in the past because there once was a time when they acknowledged Him.
The only thing recently that’s not manmade is the hurricane, flooding in the NE and maybe some wildfires. Everything else is politics or manmade like the virus.

People seem to think they, and their time are special.
It most likely isn’t, and we most likely aren’t.

In other words, God isn’t intervening to mitigate alot of events that are killing alot of people.
