Sidney Powell revealed that her legal team is going to be able to ask Eric Coomer — the security director at the Colorado-based Dominion Voting Systems — two hours worth of questions in a deposition on September 23rd.
The deposition was granted by the Colorado court overseeing a defamation lawsuit filed by Coomer that alleges Powell and other parties falsely accused him of being a key actor in “rigging” the election for President-elect Joe Biden.
Asked by Richard Harris of Truth and Liberty Coalition if her legal team gets to ask Mr. Coomer questions in a deposition, Powell exclaimed, “Yes, we are! I can’t wait!”
Harris followed by asking, “The court is going to give you some discovery in that case?”
Sidney replied: “Yeah, actually the court in Colorado, which is the first case and that’s the one Coomer brought against us, has given us a short but two-hour deposition of him before we even get to deciding what is called an ‘anti-slap issue.’

This is some news I like... on the 23rd as well... Wonder if he will take the 5th? If he does would they be forced to drop their suit against Powell?
He’ll practice to take 1:59 to give a non-responsive answer to the first question.
He will answer “what difference does it make” to every question.

Instead of a time limit, the court should allow a set number of questions. Perhaps 60.
Otherwise, it will all be long-winded nonsense: “I remember a time, I was probably 7 or 8 ... no, wait, I was six. Hey, I take that back. I was 8. Or, no, now that I think on it, I believe I was 7. Yes, I must have been 7 at the time, because my sister Susie had a pony, and she didn’t get that pony until I was 7. So, this reminds me of when I was 7. Or maybe 8. I could have been 8. Anyway, could you repeat the question?”
Two hours is ok but is not much for a deposition. Strange way to limit questions.
The video of him stating he was going to stop Trump was not a CIA pretend.

The claims of existence have been traced back to one guy who runs a CIA front company.
The enemy planned their disinformation campaign as carefully as they did the steal. A lot of conservatives continue to be fooled by it months later.
Coomer will be harder to find than Brian Laundrie.

This is a law that says you cannot sue someone and just throw money at them until they are exhausted. (more or less)
I think it’s more applied to protect a small guy who is sued by a huge company with vast resources.
But I’m not a lawyer, I don’t even play one on TV.
