Thomas Caldwell’s is just one of several stories of American patriots living the nightmare of being American political prisoners.

...During his bond hearing later that day, Caldwell finally learned he had been charged with six federal crimes related to January 6. “The affidavit alleges . . . you were a member of a paramilitary organization called the Oath Keepers and that there are several other people who are also charged,” Judge Joel Hoppe explained to Caldwell.

...Caldwell never entered the Capitol building, has no criminal record, and honorably served the country for 20 years in the military, but Judge Hoppe agreed with the government to keep him behind bars. “The conduct and the statements of Mr. Caldwell . . . it really just is pure lawlessness and contempt for laws of this country,” Hoppe said, referring to some of Caldwell’s Facebook posts and texts.

Absolutely outrageous. WTH? Are there no attorneys fighting for these people? So much the guarantee to a speedy trial which, this situation is exactly the reason for the right to a speedy trial.

As far as Rhodes not being charged, I read earlier that the FBI had indeed infiltrated the Oath Keepers. Makes it suspect that this guy has not been charged. Caldwell was set up.

Skimming the article, I thought it sounded like the judge was punishing Caldwell more for his opinions and associations than for any crime he committed.

And once again, I am astonished how these alleged dangerous terrorists and insurrectionists passively and meekly accept the injustices being done to them. Have they been brainwashed while in confinement?

Revolver News did a story on Rhodes a few months ago. Rhodes himself may be an FBI asset. He is the only person I'm aware of who used the term "insurrection" on or before January 6th, yet he has escaped arrest even though some of his followers haven't. It's possible that the Oath Keepers was conceived by the FBI as a way of attracting and entrapping susceptible people, much like we saw in the Michigan kidnapping plot.

I never thought about that. When I was on FB, I joined the Missouri FB branch of Oathkeepers. I never got the impression they were anything but who they said they were. I do think Rhodes sounds like an infiltrator. Unbelievable that there are these people setting up Americans. Trust in our fellow citizens has been severely damaged in this country.

He is a Vet. He joined the OATHKEEPERS. So did { when I went to VN and when I became a police officer. So did the judge when elected/ appointed or whatever.

No question, the FedFov and Judiciary are OVERTLY, formally, and literally attacking the US Constitution by attacking individuals of all colors, and groups, who have only committed the crime of loving, supporting, and giving their lives for the Unites States.

Whatever foreign law is now being applied, is NOT CONSTITUTIONAL and is diametrically opposed to, and at total war with, the US Constitution, and has by violent force, death, fraud, and treason, unlawfully taken over, period.

They know that they don't get support in the media from the left OR the right. Who is on their side?

They all deserve immediate bail, speedy trials, and competent legal representation. They are not getting those things. It's a national disgrace.
