One of my siblings still is a practicing Catholic. She is also a rock-ribbed Dem voter who considers the GOP the root of all evil When I ask her how a practicing Catholic can blindly support a party whose main tenet is the support of unfettered abortion rights, she gets very quiet. But she doesn't change her voting.
Yes. It boils down to unbelievers and believers. (And I would count even atheists who embrace traditional Western culture and values as allies with believers.)
Now you don't know what you are getting when you speak of Methodist, Baptist, Catholic, or Presbyterian. If 30% of Jews are at least nominally faithful then that figure probably applies to most denominations too.
There are Catholics like Pelosi who eagerly sacrifice the unborn to Baal. And Pope Boy slobbers over Pelosi as though she where the second coming of Mother Teresa.
I have a lot of relatives in the New York area and in Massachusetts who are Catholic.
Happy to say, the majority of them are Republicans and love Donald Trump.
My late uncle was a Republican party official on Long Island years ago.
CATHOLICS are only 50 % Democrat....Jews are like 90%.
