Neocon Never-Trumper Liz Cheney has issued a statement whining about former President Donald Trump’s commentary on Colin Powell after his death.
Former Secretary of State Powell died on Monday from coronavirus complications at 84, despite being fully vaccinated.
Following his death, Trump issued a statement saying that Powell “made big mistakes on Iraq.”
“Wonderful to see Colin Powell, who made big mistakes on Iraq and famously, so-called weapons of mass destruction, be treated in death so beautifully by the Fake News Media,” Trump wrote in a statement. “Hope that happens to me someday. He was a classic RINO [Republican In Name Only], if even that, always being the first to attack other Republicans.”
“He made plenty of mistakes, but anyway, may he rest in peace!” the former president concluded.
The statement did not sit well with Cheney, who is quick to jump on any reason to attack the former president.

2.) One of his enemies expresses OUTRAGE, but amplifies Trump’s message 10-fold in the process.
3.) The public hears the message, and sides with Trump the truth-teller once again.

As for Powell, he was indeed a RINO and certainly made is fair share of mistakes. He was part of the Republican/Democrat machine — the uniparty. Heck, he even coached Hillary on how to make her own email server.

Trump said Powell was a RINO. That’s not speaking I’ll of the dead. Powell called himself a Republican and he operated as one as a head of the State dept and as chief under Bush. Both bushes.
He put down every Republican who ran for office and he propped up obama. Voted for him
He was obviously at least ok with being a Republican in name only if not proud of it.
So what’s Liz Cheney’s problem
Trump is going to get out there and point it out as the corporate news will say “See? Powell was a Republican and even he hated conservatives”
I am a suburban housewife and that’s what I hired Trump to do. Get out there and call it like it is as the leftists close in on us.
That’s the problem with Trump’s statement.
How can a RINO not vote for the two RINOest candidates that ever RINO’d in McCain and Romney.
