It is a fundamental doctrine of the Catholic Church that life begins at conception and ends at natural death and that an abortion ending human life is a grave sin, as is funding and promoting abortions. . It is also a fundamental doctrine of the Catholic Church that when presenting themselves to receive Holy Communion they should not be in a state of grave mortal sin. Yet here was the Vicar of Christ receiving President Joe Biden without any public rebuke or condemnation of Joe Biden, our second Catholic President, for his support of abortion on demand and its funding and his recent statement that he no longer believes life begins at conception:
President Joe Biden raised eyebrows last week after stating that he does not believe that life begins at conception. A Catholic, Biden’s remarks fly in the face of Church teaching and they also appear to contradict past statements of his own. The President made the remarks after being asked by a reporter how he was going to respond to the Texas Heartbeat Act, which prohibits abortions once a preborn child’s heartbeat is detected.

Yesterday the Catholic Church commemorated their annual beating up in Martin Luther as supposedly the worst heretic to ever attempt to destroy the church. I would strongly suggest that they pull out the Francis beam from their own eye, so that they can see more clearly to consider the Luther speck in ours.
There are rumors Biden had a bathroom accident when visiting the pope.
Perhaps, the pope took pity on a man sliding into dementia with no idea of his surroundings.
My late grandmother had many things during her long twilight that if she was a whole minded person would have maybe excluded her from communion, yet she received last rites on her death bed.
Either way, pray for Biden as we are commanded to. Both for his office, and his soul
Pope Francis is a Jesuit. He cannot help it. They are politicians not men of God.
I was a parishioner at St. Anthony’s at the time. Fr. Morey gave Biden every opportunity to avoid the public refusal of Communion, including speaking to him before Mass and giving him prolife literature. Biden apparently tried to shift to another line to avoid confronting the priest, but Fr. Morey made sure to stand in Biden’s line.
Spineless? No, Bergoglio did exactly what he wanted to do.
I think Biden is telling another lie. The Vatican refused to confirm what Joe said the Pope told him.
