Biden reminds me of the Kamikaze pilots Japan desperately recruited during the final stages of WWII. Selected aviators flew suicide attack missions against Allied naval vessels by diving their planes directly into enemy ships to inflict as much damage as possible. Their final doomed flights were intentionally one way missions. Slow Joe Biden and his tail gunner, Kackling Kamala are on their own personal Kamikaze mission but unfortunately, their objective is to destroy America.
Our own allies must be bewildered to watch a president intentionally inflict catastrophic damage to his own country. Biden's apparent cognitive decline is no longer secret. Former White House doctor, Ronny Jackson "suggested President Joe Biden isn't mentally up for the job and should be forced to pass a cognitive test."
Sky News host Rita Panahi recently observed that "Biden needs a nursing home and a bowl of soup."
Ouch! Biden should borrow a tag line from Rodney Dangerfield and shout out to the world: "I tell ya, I get no respect from anyone! I recently went to see the Pope and he yelled at me to get the hell off of his damn couch!" (rim shot) Let's briefly review some of Biden's disasters to date:

This is a good simile. I would add that the pontificate of Pope Francis seems similarly like a Kamikaze mission to win the final victory for the expiring 1960s generation of Catholics and stave off their inevitable defeat by traditional Catholics who, you know, actually believe what the Church has always taught.

Biden doesn’t care about how his policies, mandates, or legislation affects anyone.
He’ll be dead soon enough and won’t have to deal with the consequences. He’s spent 40 years in government “service” where he became a multimillionaire and set his family up in perpetuity. They won’t be affected.

Biden is the POTUS Obama wanted to be and Hillary was meant to be, the one to put the final nail in western society’s coffin. Obama’s job was to solidify that every opponent of the marxist agenda was labeled a racist, homophobe, misogynist etc. Hillie was supposed to sweep in and seal the deal!
You are correct that Kamikazes targeted enemy ships.
BUT, Democrats are targeting what they perceive as the enemy — the traditional USA. It proves conclusively that Democrats are no longer of us but are the enemy within.

As with terrorist bombings, do not think of them as “suicide” missions, but instead “homicide” missions.
However, kamikaze pilots were military men attacking military targets. Therefore they were soldiers. Those who attack anyone: men, women and children, are indiscriminate, and should be labeled terrorists and murderers.
The latter group are full of rationalizations as to why they must murder indiscriminately. Yet cruelty and inhumanity are not justified by their rationalizations, or what they imagine are their “ideals.”
