The Biden regime has fully weaponized the entire justice system and it is a growing malignancy. There is one system of justice for democrats and the left and another for Republicans and the right. Serious weaponization of the Justice Department took hold under the Obama regime but has gotten completely out of control. One manifestation can easily be seen in the Steve Bannon saga.
Bannon was indicted for contempt of Congress for defying a subpoena.

Lois Lerner (D) admitted using the IRS to target conservatives. She was found in Contempt of Congress when she defied a subpoena from the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. Was she indicted? No.

He was held in Contempt of Congress for refusing to turn over requested documents about the Fast and Furious debacle. His fate? Nothing. A Federal judge refused to indict him.
The Republican Bannon? No such luck. After all, he was a friend of Trump.
A great number of non-violent protesters and even some who never entered the Capitol on Jan 6 were put into solitary confinement and denied both due process and a right to a speedy trial.

The rule of law is worthless if unevenly applied. This is exactly what the democrat taliban party is doing at all levels. This is an act of war through the process called lawfare.

Research U.S.I.S. which was a privatized firm which the office of Budget and Management contracted out to do all their background investigations for federal employment. That is until Blake Percival blew the whistle on fraudulent background checks which human eyes never even looked at. But by then the damage had already been done and nearly 700,000 fraudulent back ground checks assisted in the placement of unvetted federal hires, in fact, 7 billion dollars in fraud.
It was quietly swept under the rug and most links would be hard to find after they have become scrubbed.
U.S.I.S. was shut down about a year and a half after they were exposed. They simply reopened under another corporate shell and the practice continues.

Here’s the real issue: Trump was unable to clean house of these clowns because of civil service protections. He was also unable to get his own people in because the Senate slow-rolled his nominations. Currently 1,200 federal offices require Senate confirmation.
Not a bad rant, but judges do not indict. Indictment is an excutive department widget.
That is because the “rule of law” is no longer the rule of law, but the rule of man. Huge difference.
Yes, I realised this when the Supreme Court REFUSED even to examine the credible evidence of massive, well organised election fraud in its dishonourable December 2020 decision—a decision which ranks with Dred Scott and Plessy v. Ferguson in ignominy.

I disagree. President Trump by himself was not responsible for cleaning house. However, he was responsible for appointing his cabinet and other bureaucrats under them. THEY had the authority to fire non-civil-service underlings, which are many. One example of Trump's failed appointment is Dir of FBI Wray. Unfortunately, Trump's cabinet and other appointees were unwilling to perform a Sherman march to the sea and remove ALL anti-Trumper bureaucrats. The fact is that some of Trump's appointments were anti-Trump.
The next time around, President Trump needs to appoint men and women who will ruthlessly remove ALL anti-Trumpers in government and replace them with MAGA folks.
Democrats play hardball. It's time conservative republicans, independents and libertarians do the same.
