First information on a halt in the operation of the nuclear reactor in Bushehr.
Just yesterday, when this video of explosions in the area was put on social media, Iran claimed that the blasts there were part of "military training".
What time in the video was the ground explosion. A lot of what looks like anti aircraft.
Literally nothing to see - just pitch black sky with fireworks randomly going off casting bright spots in the dark sky.
What is Israel’s long game here?
Iran is going to procure nuclear weapons and, if the current constellation of forces is not changed, is going to incinerate 80% of the population of Israel.
This can be delayed by targeted infrastructure attacks and assassinations, but it cannot be prevented.
Occupation and reconstruction of Iran is not within Israel’s power, and getting the US to do it under false pretenses died somewhere in Anbar Province circa 2014.
So. Israel has to either be reconciled to coexistence with the Persians, execute a successful mutual assured destruction deterrence scenario indefinitely, find another surrogate to conquer Iran presuming the US is no longer interested, or move to Florida.
I really don’t see another alternative.
I hear you... on the other hand, people have said that Israel would never survive for the last 70 years hundreds of times... maybe it is time to try and find out why

Right now they are buying time to see what other options shake out.
They will continue to attack the highest threat targets in Iran.
Israel can conduct a limited nuclear attack if that is required to prevent Iranian deployment of same.
As for "it cannot be prevented", read the Old Testament.
Yeah, because when you do military bombing training exercises it is always best to drop the bombs close to a nuclear reactor.
Israel can use various tactics to delay and prevent such a scenario. Seems they have done a lot over the last decade. And pray that Iran screws up to the point that they take themselves out e.g. the people rise and overthrow their government, or the government takes obscene actions that forces conflict requiring international intervention.

No chance...we have way too much invested in it to give up the cash cow. And you can’t trust the justice department to do anything up front.
