Here is the amicus brief submitted to the Supreme Court by America’s Frontline Doctors regarding the administration’s vaccine mandate. Their arguments include these:
1. It is well documented that these vaccines do not prevent either COVID infections or the spread of the disease. Thus, the COVID vaccines are not really vaccines at all, but rather are treatments.
2. The courts have long recognized that individuals have the right of informed consent.
3. Compelling interest of the state to protect the public is invalid because well over 99% of people recover from COVID. Thus, vaccination is not necessary.
4. The recent Omicron is indistinguishable from the common cold.
5. Natural immunity is better and more durable than the vaccines.
6. Other treatments are safe and effective. More than 70 studies demonstrate the efficacy of ivermectin and 300 studies proving the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine. Budesonide inhalation is another cheap and effective treatment. Monoclonal antibodies are safe and effective. Vitamin D therapies are routinely used too.

Supreme Court: Wait a minute, WAIT A MINUTE!!!! (gavel going bang, bang, bang!) This makes way too much sense. We rule for Biden.
as one of their paying clients, i applaud them! may God continue to bless their efforts.
Again with the “99% recover”, which is easily proven to be totally false with a 1 second Google search.
I’m all for our side fighting this thing, but we need to be credible when we do so. And the “99% recovery” has never been true from day one.
We’d be much more credible if we actually acknowledged the real statistics (1.4% national CFR, higher in many states), and argued our positions from that point. Repeating stupid (and totally false, easily disproved) internet memes is not a winning strategy.
So you’re saying it’s not 99%, it’s 98.6? Is that right?
You are making the error of accepting the government statistics on COVID deaths at face value.
They base those statistics on the deception of classifying any death of a person infected with COVID as a COVID death. The virus itself likely has under a 1% fatality rate DUE to COVID, and that is at most.

Now subtract the 75% that had 4 comorbidities…
Now subtract ever death that was *with covid* but not caused by Covid.
Of all the things I despise about this whole debacle, one that bothers me the most is that the people we elected and who occupy government positions whose job it is to SERVE us and provide us with accurate information, have deliberately betrayed that trust. They have provided us with maliciously inaccurate data. It wasn’t a mistake those statistics were inaccurate. They knew full well what was happening.
We need accurate information to make informed choices, but it is clear they do not want the citizenry to make informed choices.
They want them to OBEY.
I wonder how much of the briefings they even bothered to read. I was shocked to hear Breyer repeat the 750,000 new cases statistic repeatedly. It was the only thing he remembered, and I think he just heard it on the news that morning.
Yes, your side presented a petition, the Court already decided from their own biases way before the petition was devised. Who knows but minds where not changed.
I think he is leaning towards declaring the Vaccine is a Mandatory Tax on all citizens and the mandate stands.
Meanwhile in the world of repeat vaccines or not!:
University of California/San Francisco’s Infectious Disease associate division chief, Dr. Monica Gandhi, joined the chorus of skeptics who say that repeat vaccinations would not produce the right type of protections, saying that it “trains your immune system wrong.”
“It doesn’t train your immune system to recognize a variant,” Ghandi told ABC 7. “It trains your immune system to recognize the old ancestral strain that the shots are made of. That concept is the ‘original antigenic sin,’ is what they call it, is what immunologists are expressing concern of.”
“If we boost, let’s boost with a better vaccine, not the one against the original strain of the virus that emerged,” she argued.
She also remained hesitant over a push for more vaccines from a pharmaceutical company rather than health officials.
“I think it’s hard to have a CEO dictate our policy and companies, who stand to make money for it,” Gandhi said.

I find it very interesting that no one seems to want to bring up the Nuremberg Code that was enacted into international law in 1947.
