The really telling part was when the business owner turned away from the LE saying “I don’t trust you...” And there you have it, just like that LE has become an entity that normal law-abiding citizens fear and distrust.

From 1:07 until about 1:25 the guy with the camera is making a statement that he thinks he might be arrested.

I understand that the cops were telling the owner that they wanted to do an inspection, but the owner didn't believe them and I'm not sure what kind of an inspection they would be doing.

When I worked in restaurants, inspectors wore button down shirts and carried a clipboard. One was sufficient. I would find a phalanx of heavily armed masked men sporting tactical gear more than a little off-putting.

I suspect Cameraman was on the wrong side of an imaginary line at a protest and when the cops pursued him, he yelled, "Sanctuary!" and ran into the coffee shop.

(He made the observation that they were taking his picture through the window and he speculated aloud that he might be arrested.)
