I heard that they quit because Bragg wanted them to FRAUDULENTLY claim they had evidence that didn't exist in order to keep the grand jury going. They might have quit because they didn't want to be criminally charged with fraud.

They quit because the new Manhattan District Attorney does not support their investigation. The new DA is a BLM-type DA, so if he doesn't support it, it must mean that they've come up empty. There is no there there.
