Indonesian law says that, according to excerpts which were posted on Free Republic around a decade ago.

No, i'm not going to bother looking it up. I'm just telling you what I saw that other people posted.

But the point is actually pointless anyway. Whether Indonesia recognized Obama as an Indonesian citizen or not, US law is not constrained by what Indonesian law does or does not do.

Indonesian law cannot revoke American citizenship. Only a citizen (or congress through statute) can revoke a citizen's citizenship. Obama's parents couldn't do it.
