I remember all of our suppliers adding a $25 fuel surcharge to delivery when diesel went over $4/gallon under in obama’s first term. I suppose they’ll end up doing that again in this, obama’s third term.
All we have to do is “just imagine” electric trucks and buses.

People need to look at the cost of moving an Army to and through a war. Lots of heavy vehicles are fueled with diesel. The U.S. main battle tank carries 504.4 gallons of fuel and has an operational range of 265 mi along the roadway, and a max of 124 miles cross country. 265/504.4 = 0.53mpg on roads and 124/504.4 = 0.25mpg on an easy cross cuntry run. Not quite a Tesla but has anybody looked at the charging cycle of an eTank on a 24x7 battlefield?
