It’s bizzaro world.
Never thought I would see the day when a block of so called “conservatives”, are supporting a ex KGB Russian thug leading a invasion of a neighboring nation!!

Never thought I’d see the day when FR posters think the world is only binary choices.

It's really sad watching the transformation of FR. It used to be a grassroots conservatives site. Over the years it has transformed to a gathering place of conspiracy kooks who pivot from once conspiracy to the next.

Notice the same crowd that cheers for a KGB thug, magnifies China and Russia into 50 ft tall giants, yapp incessantly like cowards of what the bullies might do to us, and also yapp incessantly how the RATS will always cheat and we’ll never win another election. Defeatist, cowardly losers who are beneath contempt.

You aren't seeing that day. Asking questions about this situation is not the same as supporting Putin's invasion.

While you were sleeping, Things have changed significantly since 1989. 50% of Ukrainians support this invasion because they don’t trust their NWO supported radical countrymen. Watch “Ukraine on Fire” by Oliver Stone.

There are a lot of us who don’t support Putin or Zelensky.

The national security of the USA is what concerns conservatives and the USA is being invaded.
Before we think about Ukraine’s borders, we should think about ours.

We believe what we want to believe, especially without information. I haven’t researched Zelensky, so I’ll assume he’s in the right, or at least believes himself to be. Otherwise, why risk your life?

I also think Putin could give chapter and verse reasons as to why he feels Russia has been pushed into a corner and he has no choice but to act, using violence if necessary.

I’ll use my own example - Having watched “Ukraine on Fire” recently. Oliver Stone and Sean Penn are certified left wing wackos, but when they point out the nefarious actions of Bush/Obama/Biden/ etc, all the way to Victoria Nuland, I want to believe. All those “color revolutions” looked suspect to begin with and I never doubted our involvement - but to the degree we did, is shocking. Or, was I just naïve?

Point is they are left wingers saying that the negative things I already thought about folks like Obama and Biden. Why? Did they suddenly see how stupid “Democrat Good - Republican Bad” really is? I don’t buy it.

The problem is, as is always the case, the documentary completely ignored Russia’s own missteps and Putin’s own lies. Putin is a guy who can get media coverage anytime he wants, even here in the US. He could have been much more vocal about the 13 countries who joined NATO and immediately became military staging grounds, of sorts. The encroachment on Russia’s borders, and the historical indigenous ties to folks in former block countries have left him to either be humiliatingly weak on the world stage, or a monster. He chose monster.

It’s a little too simple to call folks “Putin puffers” for seeing only one side of the argument. We all do it to some extent. It’s also ridiculous to keep posting the antics of Zelensky’s former career. The man is President of a country now. Have we learned nothing about this from Reagan and Trump? He “could” be the real deal. I’m off to find out before I make a judgement.

In contrast, I KNEW that there were CINOs out there who would support a runup to yet another war (with exponentially more danger) while hypocritically both aligning with leftists/globalists and undermining any existing/future policy which would justify like action by the US against Mexico (a foregone conclusion & inevitable). Sovereignty & national security be damned (the wall will do, right? /s).

It’s why I wear a backplate.
