I am willing to receive junk mail—as long as the post office raises their shipping cost to double or triple or more....

Political fund raisers from all parties, charity fund raisers for every known illness and children’s group, catalogs for every mail order house on the planet, veterans groups and police and firemen, animal rights groups, they all come in. Every day the mailbox is stuffed full of begging letters.
Sometimes when she is gone for a month at a time the basket we keep her mail in is so heavy we have to help her carry it to her house...............
