-Now, they're looking into potentially filing a lawsuit. -The high school runner was punched in the head during his 1,600m race last Saturday at the Tohopekaliga Tiger Invitational in Kissimmee, Florida.
-The athlete who threw the punch had earlier got in the way of the lead runner.
-After still obscuring the track, the runner pushed him out of the way.
-On the subsequent lap, the other athlete sucker punched the runner the face, knocking him over - he managed to get to his feet and complete the race.

Now, the family is considering filing a civil lawsuit against the other student and the track invitation event that hosted the race, their attorney says.
Shocking video of the attack during the Tohopekaliga Tiger Invitational in Kissimmee last Saturday captured the incident as a pack of runners coming down the track in the 1,600-meter race when a teen comes up from behind and punches the athlete in the lead in the back of the head

I think I see the problem.
Cops are useless.
But it’s just a game called knockout.
Yep, knew it before I even looked.
The victim’s family should sue the school district for millions.
Is there a photo of when the victim knocked over the attacker earlier?

If this story is true, then they are worse than useless.
What it really was, was a racial black attacking a white hate crime.
What logic the cops used threatening to arrest the victim is beyond me....I’m thinking the suit should name them as well.
on what grounds would they be able to charge the kid that got sucker punched?? Makes no sense.
And use $500 of the money to hire a couple illegals to take the attacker into a nearby alley and directly register their disdain for such actions. A couple months laid up might get the point across.
Do not hesitate. File a lawsuit and include the Sheriff’s Department also!
