In keeping with the Liberal mantra of “never letting a good crisis go to waste,” President Joe Biden did not even wait for the bodies to be cleared from the street in Sacramento following a shooting that left six dead before calling for sweeping new gun laws.
“Ban ghost guns,” said President Biden in a White House statement released even as police in California’s capital continued their hunt for at least two suspected gunmen. “Require background checks for all gun sales. Ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines. Repeal gun manufacturers’ immunity from liability.”
The call for Congress to act sounds tough and timely, but the President failed to mention that California already has some of the toughest gun laws in the nation.
“They’ve banned high-capacity magazines and cracked down on assault weapons,” the Sacramento Bee reported Sunday. “They’ve made it so Californians have to pass a background check to purchase a gun and ammunition. They’ve prohibited buyers from having ammo or ‘ghost’ gun parts shipped directly to their homes. When it comes to gun laws, California’s legislators have passed some of the most stringent regulations in the country, checking off nearly every box on national gun control advocates’ wishlist.”

Well, it’s a big deal in Sacramento and a big opportunity for the Democrat/Communists who run the state to blame everything on guns instead of the murderers who are often protected by The State. If this happened in Chicago it would be just a normal Saturday night.

Does the retard not know that California already bans high capacity magazines? Of course he doesn’t. He is cognizant only of the squishy wet lump in the back of his trousers - and only vaguely at that.

I’ve never seen a gun get up, walk toward a victim and shoot. Maybe in the future there will be robot guns but for now they are just inanimate little metal objects.

And just how are you going to do that, Michael? You can forget about trying to take guns away from everyone. Laws singling out minorities aren’t going to work. Here’s an idea: swift and serious punishment for crimes involving guns, even if committed by juveniles. Swift and serious punishment for illegal gun sales (e.g., to minors, felons, or known straw purchasers). Don’t even mention a single new gun law until you either enforce the ones you have or repeal them if they’re unenforceable.
The Media-Dem Party sees criminals as their footsoldiers in their ongoing effort to destroy the country. That is why you NEVER hear them saying anything bad about criminals or taking any action against them.

Yes indeed. It would b e interesting to see the origin and types of weapons used in this attack and if that has any relationship to Biden's latest pronouncement. Also, why is the culture so favored and promoted by the Left anti life where any perceived slight is cause for the use of lethal force?
Biden should pass a law that makes it illegal to murder someone. That will fix the problem because we all know that bad guys follow the letter of the law.
