Either side can commit the crime.
You should go to Ukraine and tell Putin that.
We shouldn’t have been anywhere after WWII, but we have a military presence in most countries of the world. Why? Why were we in Korea? Vietnam? Mogadishu? Panama? Anywhere in Africa?
Putin went after the biolabs and Nazi military groups.
Russia is playing by the exact same set of rules that NATO wrote when we bombed Serbia in 1999.
