She can run for President as soon as she likes. The only limitation is that she has to be 35 by Inauguration Day, which she will be.

I'm actually hoping for it. If she wins, I think she loses big. If she loses to another Democrat who attacks her, they alienate the part of the party that loves her.

She isn’t inaugurated until January. So, she comes in under the wire. But, of course, it will never, ever happen.

That's the Biden model. Run before you're old enough to take office and become eligible after the election. The Constitution doesn't prevent it.
