Don’t think so. I think that number would be counting things that are not food processing plants at all but product manufacturing plants.
I guess you can do the same on a hot pan. Just do a few whole ones at a time and eat them right away. Dipping in salt water helps the salt stick. I had pickled ones from the store that were crunchy too. Raw is ok to. Good luck!
