What math? Are we talking percentages? At what percent would it have to be to take notice? 10%? 20%? 50%? What's your threshold for concern? Do you want it to get out of hand before you are concerned?

So, there are 680 food processing facilities inn every State?
Don’t think so. I think that number would be counting things that are not food processing plants at all but product manufacturing plants.
