Who takes incriminating notes in the first place? If I were part of the FBI I wouldn’t text, write down, or speak a word.

Dilemma:
1. Incriminating notes that may never see the light of day or be revealed long after the furor has died. Or,
2. Get fired immediately for not taking comparable notes in a meeting, regardless of subject.
Fed intelligence may not even be exempt from detailing their bowel movements while at work.
