RINO Arizona Governor Doug Ducey recently vetoed a key election integrity measure that would require County Recorders to cancel voter registrations of unqualified electors.
Only legal votes count, and HB2617 sponsored by State Representative Joseph Chaplik would have helped to ensure that only legal voters can vote.
The bill is summarized,
Requires a county recorder to cancel the voter registration of a person for whom the county recorder receives and confirms information that the person is not a U.S. citizen, has been issued a driver license or nonoperating license in another state or is otherwise not a qualified elector. Outlines notice requirements prior to cancelling a person’s voter registration. Requires the Secretary of State (SOS) and a county recorder to compare the voter registration database with prescribed databases.
Chaplik responded to the Governor’s veto calling it “shocking.”

Arizona has the Citizen Initiative process, I wish some fat cats with big bucks would put an initiative on the Ballot making it a DEATH PENALTY OFFENSE to Illegally Register to Vote and Charge the County Recorder as an Accessory with a LIFE Sentence in Prison for Any Fraudulent Voter Registrations if “due diligence” was not adhered to in checking Legal Status of said applicant
PHOENIX — Gov. Doug Ducey on Friday vetoed legislation that would have required county election officials to cancel the registration of anyone they determine is not qualified to vote.The move, the first of the governor this session, came amid concerns from county officials that what was in HB 2617 could lead to mischief as it would allow individuals to make unsubstantiated claims that some people on the voter registration rolls should be removed. Jennifer Marson, executive director of the Arizona Association of Counties, said that, in turn, would trigger automatic investigations.
Marson, in a letter Friday to Ducey, also pointed out what she said were illegal provisions in the measure.
The governor, in his veto message, said he agrees.
“The implementation of this provision is vague and lacks any guidance for how a county recorder would confirm such a determination,’’ Ducey wrote.
Ducey is thick as thrives with the McCains. That said why would he do this?
For some reason Republican governors in Georgia and Arizona are setting up to facilitate voter fraud in the November elections. It is a pretty good bet that Democrats will win everything contested except the governorships.

TO make matters worse the people who wrote this law worked closely with Dicey before submitting it. Ducey is a backstabbing worm.
Party ballots are the answer.n The party endorses, if the voter agrees he/she takes the party line ballot. Saves time-more accurate.
