Thanks for the link. His pump is much older and they’re not the same. I’ve figured out what is wrong I just need to find out where to get the replacement parts. Harvest Right doesn’t do replacement parts. And they wouldn’t even give me a link to find out where to find them. I was really disappointed in their customer service.

I'm going to go looking for newer models.
Mr mm and I had casually discussed purchasing one but decided against it because of the price.
