[[Essentially, if a person exercises his/her First Amendment right to question the government, he/she can be “flagged” as a danger to the ruling elites, and thus be denied his/her Second Amendment rights. ]]
If this passes, and thag starts to happen, then it needs to go to,the Supreme Court because we still have a right to criticise our govenrment without the fear of being penalized for it. We have a righT not to be politically harassed and punished for opinions.
Under our Constitution we would have, but ALL of our elected AND appointed abrogated that Constitution when they swore in the ineligible Kenyan from Indonesia.
The Constitution is just a relic in a glass case.
