He didn’t actually watch the movie: it showed several sequences where the same person showed up and deposited more ballots - Remember the postal worker using the USPS truck and then her personal car?
I may be mistaken, but I think I remember when the two principles from True the Vote were interviewed they indicated that getting video footage at various drop boxes was exceedingly difficult, sometimes because the mandated cameras were not installed or weren’t working, and sometimes because the relevant authorities would not release the footage.
So the cell phone tracking that they mostly relied on was admittedly largely circumstantial as evidence, but at least in my view, very strongly circumstantial.

I havent seen the movie but if this true then i wont waste my time.
The reason they weren’t shown at more than one dropbox is the video doesn’t exist. All the dropboxes were supposed to be video monitored, that didn’t happen. In fact most dropboxes were not monitored.
Of course, one major problem is that while there is much footage, many, many of the locations where there were supposed to be cameras, they were unable to get the footage. Also, many jurisdictions had no surveillance at all on the boxes. (Something that simply screams to allow fraud.)
As a movie, perhaps it might be somewhat more convincing if they had, and showed the same person at many different boxes, but they have actual data of the phones these mules were carrying. If that type of data can be used by the government to hunt down and imprison people that were in DC for Jan. 6th, certainly it is every bit as dependable for this purpose. Some of these clowns apparently went to 30 different boxes. The threshold they set to come up with just 2000 mules was ludicrously low.
It is clear there was fraud on a larger scale than even a cynical Zeugma would have initially believed possible.
