I just don’t believe bigger government and more regulation makes sense. I don’t want a nanny state telling us what to do at each turn. You think otherwise. I get it.
I have it on my training schedule at some unspecified time, but it seems to have been on pause for a few months. Hopefully they eliminate it completely rather than merely reworking some of the more hostile sections.

Seems to me that when you give hiring and firing control to an unproductive organization in any company you end up with a host of problems. HR is counter productive and useless. They don’t build anything except bureaucracy. They attract leftists and the incompetent. Real men build things and make profits. HR does the opposite.

Yes life is a battle of self interests, it’s a constant tug of war.
The alternative is for one side to be passive and get destroyed by the other.
So instead of fighting back and protecting your interests you prefer having them run you to the ground.

Thanks for making my point! The only reason that happened is because enough people on the right had had it with the status quo and fought back by electing Trump. If everyone had your attitude nothing would have changed, in fact with Hildabeast as president they would have gotten worse for our side.
And by the way, “an eye for an eye” is also a biblical principle.

I’m typically leery of laws forcing corporations not receiving government funds to ban things, but in this case, DeSantis is apparently banning them from telling grotesque lies to their employees, so I guess I’m OK with that. :-)
I’m also OK with him banning companies from requiring vaccine passports (2021), since that would be the start of a Red Chinese-style social credit system, just like ESG on the corporate level.
Get a COVID test kit and rig it to test positive.

In most cases, you are being correct. But here, you have corporate agents acting like leftist governments, dividing the people against each other and creating a hostile workplace environment based on lies. That should be actionable.

They are on to those tricks. They will give you a computer quiz afterward and you will have to pass it...or else! That’s how they ran the sexual harassment training I had to endure. The company bought some cheesy training software that had actors in various harassment situations and you had to determine what rule or law they were violating.
Just imagine the training scenarios today with pronouns and trannies and queens and puppy people. Ugh.
