At 10:14 a.m. on July 4, 2022, a young man named Robert Crimo III allegedly aimed his rifle into the crowd at his hometown’s Independence Day parade and opened fire.
Within moments, the Chicago suburban town of Highland Park was a scene of terrible carnage. Seven innocent people killed, more than 40 injured, at this writing. The alleged killer escaped the scene, but was caught that afternoon (we say “alleged,” because, while he has not yet been convicted, all sources agree that he was the perpetrator, without question).
Compliments to the many law enforcement and medical professionals who dealt with this unexpected nightmare, on what should have been one of our nation’s longest-running celebrations, the anniversary of the signing of our Declaration of Independence.
Within minutes, we heard politicians and newspeople, responding to the attack, getting everything wrong – making assumptions, using euphemisms, avoiding key truths.
No, it was not senseless.
No, it was not random.
No, it was not a tragedy.
Words Matter.
“Senseless,” “random,” “tragedy.” These are terms we use for accidents, or in the theatre, for the unavoidable “bad things that sometimes happen to good people.” A tragedy is when one was in the wrong place at the wrong time, or one made a sad mistake that unintentionally compounded. If anyone is to blame for a tragedy – as we know from Shakespeare’s work - it was the otherworldly spirits known as the Fates.
And such plotlines are fiction.

But this nightmare had a broader impact on our society, far beyond the paradegoers in Highland Park.
The July 4th sniper was quite possible inspired by someone who should have been urging respect for the law but instead roused hatred against it:
Specifically, “President” Biden who railed:
“It was three justices named by one President — Donald Trump — who were the core of today’s decision to upend the scales of justice...
“It’s a realization of an extreme ideology...”

July 4 was not the anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.It was officially adopted by the 56 signers, most of whom signed it on Aug 2, 1776.
All of the vile, hate-filled “F#$k the Fourth” actions across the country show how we are losing our beloved country. This guy’s attack on the innocents watching the Independence Day parade is just part of the bigger Fifth Column attack to destroy the USA.

I don’t care one bit what his motive was. He set out just like all the 2020 anarchists and antifa/BLM mobs to destroy the USA, its culture, its traditions, white people, God-fearing people, and our sacred family values.
Who will feel safe at any future Independence Day celebration with these people on the loose? Our statues are gone, our cities destroyed, our history ruined, our churches burned. You can’t eat at a restaurant without the vile racists accosting you. Now our sacred holidays are ruined.
Obama, Soros, and Biden have unleashed demonic forces upon us.
What do you suppose she was shopping for at Target? I mean, what does someone feel the need to run out and buy after her son commits a mass murder?

With the Target on the bags, she knows what her son likes. Perhaps it is a reward for doing a good job on those “deplorables” for celebrating the U.S.A.’s Birthday. We can only speculate.
Just think of his poor FBI handler and what he was thinking when his prodigy managed to escape and not get killed in a standoff with police at the scene of the mission, I mean crime.
In September, 2020, shortly after his return to the streets, Crimo and five of his little friends staged a photo op. They showed up at a Trump rally, and posed as Trump supporters. Crimo participated in this charade in order to buy a rifle and murder and maim July 4th revelers in 2022. Crimo knew that his leftist accomplices in the mainstream media would use the incident to blame his crime on law abiding gun owners. These media hacks should be charged as accomplices to murder.
Is that a “Smart Car” behind Crimo’s mother?
It’s a tragedy when one dies from a natural disaster, an accidental fire, or some other form of accident.
This was an atrocity.
