Thanks. That’s the thread I was speaking of and Heyward is correct. They do not plan on the peasants traveling or consuming too much food. It is not an oversight or lack of planning that they are pushing electric vehicles prior to the infrastructure being built. They are well aware of that fact. However, there will be sufficient for THEM to move freely. And there will be plenty of food for THEM. Communist countries always end up with the peasants working in the fields at the wrong end of a gun in order to grow food for the elite.
