The Yellow Ribbon resistance movement is unfolding in the temporarily occupied Crimea.

This is reported by the representative office of the president of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea on Facebook, reports censor.No.

"In the temporarily occupied Simferopol, as well as in Kherson and Melitopol, the Yellow Ribbon resistance movement began to operate. In particular, in the occupied Crimea, activists put up leaflets with photos of the mass protest of Crimeans on February 26, 2014 and the words "Crimea – Ukraine. Not only since 1954, but always!", "Crimea is Ukraine. We're coming back!"and" time for resistance! Time to fight! Time to go home."

In Sevastopol, activists distribute leaflets warning to the Russian occupiers that the city is against war, and local partisans know where each occupier lives. the Russian military and those who cooperate with the invaders are warned that they will face responsibility for war crimes in Bucha, Irpen, Mariupol and other cities of Ukraine.

A video has appeared in open sources showing Crimean youth singing Ukrainian songs by Ukrainian musicians banned in the Russian Federation: Andrey Khlyvnyuk and Svyatoslav Vakarchuk. The video was shot during a concert dedicated to the "Youth Day", which took place on June 30 in the village of Chernomorskoye in the temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

According to open sources, a self - organized partisan activist movement operates in the occupied Crimea, spreading the truth about the war in Ukraine, collecting information about the movement of Russian troops and equipment," the report says.

The immediate goal will be to activate the Tatars.

If that happens, things are going to get interesting.

"Crimea – Ukraine. Not only since 1954, but always!"

The ancient Greeks, the Bosporans, the Byzantines and their rump successors, the Genoese, the Mongols, the Ottomans who claimed the Crimean Khanate as a protectorate, and the Russian Empire would contradict this statement.

The Yellow Ribbon resistance movement is unfolding in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
—— You lost me with the “temporary occupied” western MSM propaganda. Crimeans are doing well under Vlads rule, much better than the corrupted little beggars governance…Crimea has been the fastest growing economy in the EU way back when Vlad ( under Nobama’s rule) liberated it.

Vlad is keeping the Crimea, the Donbass, and may soon decide to eat Odessa for dinner…western MSM is getting desperate.

What complete garbage you post about the temporarily occupied areas. Even before February’s criminal invasion, municipal services in the Donbas had completely broken down under the inept Russian “separatist” administration. In Alchevsk, tap water went from being available 24/7 to being available two afternoons per week (now it is even worse). Electricity also became sporadic. In Crimea’s Alushta, the stealing of seaside property from pre-occupation residents was rampant and don’t even claim that the plebiscite vote was anywhere close to legit. Death to all the invaders in Alushta !!!

My understanding is that nearly 90% of Crimeans want OUT of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian Parliament should organize a FORMAL REFERENDUM ( must be FREE and FAIR) to see if this is so.

If the result of the referendum results in the desire to secede, LET THEM. No point in keeping fake citizens in your country.

Since the Russians have moved in so many of their own people, a better solution is if they don’t like living in Ukraine, they can pack their stuff and head for Russia. I hear Murmansk is cool this time of year.

“The Yellow Ribbon resistance movement is unfolding in the temporarily occupied Crimea.”

Don’t be lost. Ukraine nor does relinquish its territory. Ukraine as well as other nations do not recognize claim of Crimea by Russia following 1st Invasion of Ukraine by Putin in 2014.

Before the collapse of U.S.S.R in 1991, the main business in Crimea was smuggling.

When Ukrainians voted for independence from the Soviet Union in 1991, all of its 24 “oblasts,” or regions – including Donetsk, Luhansk and Crimea – supported Ukraine independence.

The minority of ethnic Russians were included as Ukrainian citizens in an independent state voted for independence.
The ethnic Russians and Russian speakers in Ukraine’s east did not automatically support the separatists or want to be part of Russia.

The exact point is the minority ethically Russian or Russian speakers other ethnic minorities in Crimea & Donbass region were living peacefully For most of the first two decades after Ukraine independence. In other words, being an ethnic Russian or a Russian speaker does not indicate that one sees its self as part of the Russian World.

There has been an increase in sentiment of a strong, unified Ukrainian identity since 1991. Most Ukrainians see their future as a sovereign country that is part of Europe. Of course, this directly contradicts Putin’s goals.

PUTIN ATTEMPTS to invoke the concept of the “Russian World” or “Russkiy Mir” – that Russian civilization extends to everywhere that ethnic Russians live no matter where Russians are in the world.

Yevgeny Komarovsky [kind of a Russian Dr. Spock]
is one of Russia’s favorite doctors, Ukraine the author of books read by parents from Moscow to Siberia. And he lives in eastern Ukraine where the Russian language is dominant and ties to Russia strong.

BUT WHEN RUSSIA SEIZED CONTROL OF CRIMEA, Yevgeny Komarovsky sent this blunt message to the Russian people: We Ukrainians are a nation of our own.

2014 Quote from Yevgeny Komarovsky during 1st Russian Invasion:
“Don’t impose peace on us,” Komarovsky told his fans in Russia, many of whom used his books to raise their children, in a video that received nearly 1.2 million views on YouTube.

The appeal for an independent and united Ukraine by the Russian-speaking Komarovsky underscored Ukraine’s distinct national identity, and belied Russian President Vladimir Putin’s claim that Ukraine is part of the Russian family. In fact, Russia’s invasion — which Putin justifies by saying he needs to ‘protect’ Russian speakers — has fueled a surge of patriotism among a great many Ukrainians, whatever their language.

These feelings of unity are underpinned by a sense of fragility stemming from being a country that has for centuries been dominated by great empires to the east and west. And from folklore to ancestral traditions, Ukraine has shown itself to possess a distinct identity.

The Ukrainian national consciousness is steeped in love of one’s land and the quest for survival. The challenge simply to stay whole is as acute as ever today after Russia annexed Ukraine’s strategic Crimean Peninsula, stoking fears that the Kremlin is planning to invade more Russian-speaking eastern territories.

Ukraine, a land the size of France with a population of 46 million, has historically been a massive prize in the heart of Europe. The site of the ancient Slavic state, the Kievan Rus, it was the regional cradle of Orthodox Christianity. Over centuries, parts of Ukraine have belonged to Poland, the Austro-Hungarian Empire, Russia and the Soviet Union.
Ukraine is also a land steeped in 20th century tragedy — conflict so traumatic that one historian has called Ukraine “Bloodland.” The litany of calamities include the Bolshevik revolution and ensuing civil war that brought Ukraine into the Soviet Union; a devastating famine engineered by Soviet dictator Josef Stalin that killed millions of Ukrainians; Stalin’s purges that targeted Ukraine’s intellectual elite; invasion by Hitler and the murder of more than 1 million of Ukrainian Jews in the Holocaust.”

Of course, the old EU saying has long been : If you shake hands with a Ukrainian, be sure to check and see how many fingers he stole.

The Ukies are the most corrupted nation in the EU, and West, ever wonder why the EU and NATO never admitted them since their Independence in 1991? Government sponsored corruption which extends deeply into their financial and banking system, exactly why Joe , son, and democrats have ties with them.

"Crimea is Ukraine. We're coming back!"

Crimea happily left Ukraine in 2014, and they're never coming back.

“Yellow Ribbon resistance movement”

You’d think the CIA could come up a better slogan than that to try to sell their dirty puppet-regime financing ops to the American public.
