Doctors can simulate the sexual parts, but they can't do anything about the ovaries.
A woman is born with almost all the ovum she's going to have. Doctors cannot transplant an ovary into a man -- the technology is just not there (yet?).
So forget about sexual reassignment surgery, talk about the ovaries.
Without an ovary, a man cannot get pregnant because there is nothing to impregnate.

There’s also a uterus involved... don’t think that there have been any successful transplants of one of those yet.
