Yes, absolutely Obama did what Trump did and more by removing files to another location, but he did it under the guise of a Presidential Library and with the full endorsement of the deep state. Trump's system was much more unorthodox, and because the deep state wanted so badly to find some way to "get" him, they came up with this scheme.

The judge in Trump v. Clinton et al. has decided to go with a defense motion to substitute the United States for the individual defenants.
Are you saying that now Trump is suing the United States rather than. Lint on and her Cronies? (When did this happen?)
The people being sued entered a motion, to have the US substituted in their place as the plaintiff.
And the judge granted it.
He generously agreed to postpone consideration of their motion to dismiss the suit entirely.
