Yes, absolutely Obama did what Trump did and more by removing files to another location, but he did it under the guise of a Presidential Library and with the full endorsement of the deep state. Trump's system was much more unorthodox, and because the deep state wanted so badly to find some way to "get" him, they came up with this scheme.
