According to the New York Times, the FBI interviewed Trump’s White House Counsel Pat Cipollone and deputy counsel Patrick Philbin about the so-called ‘classified documents’ stored at Mar-a-Lago.

According to the Times, Cipollone and Philbin were interviewed by the FBI over the documents retrieved by the National Archives.
“Mr. Cipollone and Mr. Philbin are the most senior people who worked for Mr. Trump who are known to have been interviewed by investigators after the National Archives referred the matter to the Justice Department this year.” the New York Times reported.
“Mr. Philbin was interviewed in the spring, according to two of the people familiar with the matter, as investigators reached out to members of Mr. Trump’s circle to find out how 15 boxes of material — some of it marked as classified — made its way to his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Fla. It was unclear when Mr. Cipollone was interviewed.” the paper said.
Whenever President Trump has wanted to view/store classified material at Mar-a-Lago, he would do so in a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility).
Furthermore, Trump declassified the documents seized by the FBI under a “standing order” while he was president.
According to the anonymous leak to The Wall Street Journal the items included:
** 20 boxes of items ** 11 sets of classified documents ** Top secret documents ** Sensitive Compartmented documents ** Binders of photos ** Clemency order for Roger Stone ** Information about the “President of France” ** A handwritten note
“Number one, it was all declassified. Number two, they didn’t need to “seize” anything. They could have had it anytime they wanted without playing politics and breaking into Mar-a-Lago. It was in secured storage, with an additional lock put on as per their request…” Trump said.

That was my first thought. They blabbed too much.
They didn’t need a mole. The FBI had inspected the documents. The “mole” cr@p is just to stir up trouble.

May be true, but this wasn’t about the cross dressing Librarians being angry. They have always deferred to Ex-Presidents, so much so, the Ex-Presidents controlled everything.
They wanted to get in there and confiscate his correspondence with his Lawyers, his hiring plans, his Business plans, and anything else they could use to build a case.
Just like the FISA warrant they were desperate to get - to Build a case to get him.
They needed to get in there and confiscate everything after his string of wins and leading in the Polls. Their hopes for the Jan 6th commission to stop him faded.
Exactly. When they visited Mar a Lago, and were shown what he had, they saw some declassified docs that still had the classified marking from back when they were still classified. As all non idiots know, declassifying a document doesn’t magically remove it’s stamps.
Everybody has seen docs like that in books about JFK, Vietnam, the Cold War, etc.
But these low life FBI types ran to a judge breathlessly swearing that they saw classified documents.
Also, they also want to simply humiliate him and steal away everything that a President would normally put in his library.
The raid happened a day after his CPAC speech in Dallas. In a hat speech he basically said he was going to drain the swamp and make it easier to fire incompetent employees.
Let’s not forget....Biden signed off on this. That’s how big a deal this is.
They will charge him with obstruction and burn the house down.....
As I understand it the idea was things were automatically declassified as soon as he took them or had them sent out of the White House to wherever he was.
Would he really declassify sensitive documents this way? They weren't just declassified for him, they were now legally public documents.
Surely he had a different standard than personal convenience. Right?

FBI is now arresting users of alternate social media. Like gab.com. They claim it was threats, but if you take what the guy said to any police station the US...they’d say sorry that’s not a realistic and direct threat. We can’t help you.

They should know by now not to talk to the FBI.
He said,

this is clearly not a threat. If you went to the cops and said someone told you that you deserve to die...they say so what.
“HEY FEDS. We the people cannot WAIT to water the trees of liberty with your blood. I’ll be waiting for you to kick down my door”.
A little more questionable, but clearly he says I’ll wait for you to come to me. So that’s also isn’t a threat. Plus keep in mind it has to be specific and realistic. So maybe saying this directly to a specific agent could be, but even then it requires the agent to go to his house.
I’ve tried to get people who threatened me arrested and it’s really hard to threaten someone. It has to be specific, realistic and actionable. So if someone in california said I want to kill you but I don’t have a car and I will never go to Virginia. Well that’s not a threat. Same as if someone says if you come into my house I will kill you. Not a threat. It has to be very specific and realistic. Like to a co-worker. I will kill you if I see you at the meeting.
Read the article below. It’s obvious they are targeting non standard social media users to silence them...just like J6 arrests were meant to stifle the right from protesting in fear of being arrested and held without bail.

Also keep in mind people were making more realistic threats to the SCOTUS (right wing only) outside their house and the FBI did nothing.
And we had several celebrities call for the death of the current President (trump) and the FBI didn’t arrest them.
