It’s ALL about the Spygate documents.
It’s all about Crossfire Hurricane and the Deep State’s targeting of Trump.
The multi-agency spy operation was spearheaded by Peter Strzok, Andrew McCabe, Brennan, Clapper and others on behalf of Hillary Clinton.
President Trump on Thursday shared his “Memorandum on Declassification of Certain Materials Related to the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane Investigation” to his Truth Social page:
MEMORANDUM FOR THE ATTORNEY GENERAL THE DIRECTOR OF NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE THE DIRECTOR OF THE CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY
SUBJECT: Declassification of Certain Materials Related to the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane Investigation

I have NO FAITH in Trumps legal team, they filed NO MOTIONS today they completely left it up to the media and judicial watch to file the motions to unseal the affidavit!!
No he isn’t that dumb.
I have been through this crap at a much lower level.
Just set them up and they fall like dominoes.
When you know they are coming it is easy.
My home, My phone and even my car was searched just to find documents to disprove a claim against me. circa:1994
On day of deposition, documents were provided.
Game over. The key is to know you are being played from day 1.
Advantage Trump.
The Spiritual World backs honesty.
Truth.
surely he made copies
The CFR is regulation, not law. USC is law.
That’s the part I remember from all the classification refresher classes I had to take.
......legal experts say a decade-old case over audio tapes that Bill Clinton once kept in his sock drawer may have significant impact over the FBI search of Melania Trump’s closet and Donald Trump’s personal office.........
FTA——The case in question is titled Judicial Watch v. National Archives and Records Administration and it involved an effort by the conservative watchdog to compel the Archives to forcibly seize hours of audio recordings that Clinton made during his presidency with historian Taylor Branch.
For pop culture, the case is most memorable for the revelation that the 42nd president for a time stored the audio tapes in his sock drawer at the White House.
The tapes became the focal point of a 2009 book that Branch wrote.
U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson in Washington D.C. ultimately rejected Judicial Watch’s suit by concluding there was no provision in the Presidential Records Act to force the National Archives to seize records from a former president.
But Jackson’s ruling — along with the Justice Department’s arguments that preceded it — made some other sweeping declarations that have more direct relevance to the FBI’s decision to seize handwritten notes and files Trump took with him to Mar-a-Lago.
The most relevant is that a president’s discretion on what are personal vs. official records is far-reaching and solely his, as is his ability to declassify or destroy records at will.

No, he was waiting for the bastards to take the bait, which they finally had to.
If the declassified dirt was already in the public domain, and/or Trump was no longer a threat for whatever reason, they would not have risked this fishing expedition. But here we are approaching midterms and Trump is still kicking as strong as ever, and he still has the goods to use against them, so they were compelled to act preemptively and foolishly.
The Trump strategy has always been to give the bastards enough rope to destroy themselves in the eyes of the people, where it matters. If there are bullets coming, let the bodies of your enemies absorb the bullets (see John Wick). That strategy was applied to the 2020 election, very wisely.
It was not for Trump to preside over the inflation that was already baked in the economy. It was not for Trump to preside over the final, ignominious pullout from Afghanistan (there was no good way to do it). It was not for Trump to be the POTUS of record when Putin moved on Ukraine and fatally undermined NATO. These events and conditions were unavoidable, therefore Trump's best move was to let them steal 2020 and have that theft to use against them later, while they have to deal with the inevitable disasters in their term.
It's hard to imagine how Trump could have inflicted more damage on the Democratic Party brand than he did by handing them reins when he did.
I would like to see the Jumpin’ Jackass Flashes all doing the perp walk but far lefties don’t get charged for anything crimes they commit in our Justus System.
If Trump retained copies of certain de-classified documents and still possesses them as citizen Trump, then Trump has released the documents to the public; himself.
John Brennan Tweeted on GOP reactions to it https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2022/aug/16/sycophants-unite-its-trump-hunting-time/
`When were the documents released to the public?`
When they were brought to ex President Trump’s personal residence. Also those documents were intended to form part of his presidential library.
After leaving the Whitehouse, Mr. Trump is no longer a member of the government but instead a member of the public, and the documents were released to him.
Hope they get charged with treason and other crimes. Time to clean that swamp of its key rats and put them in a real rat cage such as Sing Sing.
Trump just proved he has a government document at a particular place.
Now the FBI can concoct a reason to raid that home. Trump Tower Raid today?
If the FBI didn’t find all of the crossfire documents they will raid Trump Tower if necessary. They are panicking.
Trump filed a RICO lawsuit against HILIIARY et al.....right BEFORE the RAID!!
I would bet that Biden DID RE-CLASSIFY those papers!
