The motives behind the FBI’s raid of President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago are many. All relate to corruption in our government. None provide support for the raid.
President Trump unclassified documents related to Russiagate, the Deep State’s attempted coup of the Trump Administration. Then he filed a RICO suit against the government. This scared the bad actors in the Deep State.

We’ve literally seen the clintons sell yellow cake to the russians, the bidens accept payment for access to the oval, drugs, infidelity, even murder... and democrats treat discovery as nothing.
but something has them so spoked, they’ve literally done everything they can since the moment Trump was elected, to keep him on the defensive and away from them.
SO i challenge you... name any action that would freak out the dems, leadership, hollywood, media, and the FBI to this extent.

So the magistrate who represented Epstein’s people had to recuse himself from the civil case, but then didn’t recuse himself from a criminal case to grab documents pertinent to the civil case....
And, this same Judge was a federal prosecutor....INVESTIGATING Epstein, before he became Epstein’s attorney. How convenient, right?
Unfortunately, judges have considerable latitude for deciding if they should be recused. Perhaps …. and this is speculation ….. at one time judges were so honorable that they would recognize that they were not impartial with respect to a specific case.
Does the final decision on recusal rest with the judge itself?

It might depend on the laws of each state. I’ve known a judge who decided to recuse himself from a case because the brother of the person on trial was a hunting guide and took the judge hunting all the time. It was his personal decision.
Drop a RICO case on all the bad actors…….Bad actors know you have all the info…..Bad actors have to do something and panic…..Bad actors execute a search warrant and head directly to the safe……Empty…..Bad actors then toss the house….
