It looks delish....even if you drank the sauce! LOL! I'm trying to develop more of a tolerance for the "sauce" the closer we get to our cruise this Thursday since I want to try out quite a few wines (in addition to various whiskeys, martinies, margaritas, and beers). The more I drink now, the more I will be able to drink aboard ship.

HOW DO YOU USE THE BUTTERMILK? Recipe doesn’t say. Thanx! Check the video. You pour just enough buttermilk into the ziplock bag to cover the chicken. Then sort of slosh it around to give it a good mix with the hot sauce.
