This recipe is so easy that you can be completely drunk and still successfully cook the chicken. ....And I think I proved that.

I love my air fryer. Use it a least three times week. I’m going to save this recipe.

With all of the crap going on in the world, and on this Labor Day weekend, you find it necessary to post how to cook chicken just right.

EXCELLENT!👍

Seriously, you have your head in the right place. Enjoy an adult beverage, too!

This is the recipe I sort of settled on after experimenting with several recipes for chicken. The upsides for me are that it is simple plus yields incredible taste results.

Ok I’ll try it. What’s wrong with regular bread crumbs or tabasco sauce? Regular vinegar mixed in?

Tabasco sauce should be okay but in the NAME OF ALL THAT IS HOLY, DO NOT use regular bread crumbs. You won't get the special crunchiness of Panko. Have you ever tried Panko? If not, you will ditch bread crumbs after your first use of Panko.

Me? Novice cook. Beats chasing women. Rewards are more positive. The ones that are not afraid of food come around though, especially the double-wides.

Me? Novice cook.

Novice Cook will definitely UP his game by ditching bread crumbs for Panko. Anyone here that has used Panko would tell you the same. BTW, be sure to use Italian style Panko in this recipe. Available at Walmart and probably other places.

What kind of marinade. I have a bottle of teriyaki. It would seem to defeat the purpose. What about Italian dressing for a marinade? Goes goof with the panko?

Grasshopper, why do you attempt to defy the wisdom of the ages. Use VINEGAR BASED HOT SAUCE. Franks, Crystal, Louisiana, others. Teriyaki and Italian dressing work as a marinade but definitely NOT for this recipe.

I love my Air Fryer too!

I actually fry up thin sliced Chicken breasts, Southern Fried Chicken style (Buttermilk), in Peanut oil in my deep fryer.

I can then keep several sandwich sized pieces in the fridge for several days, providing several spicy fried chicken sandwiches for the week.

The Air Fryer brings them back to crispy when reheating for just a couple of minutes after first about 10 minutes in the oven at 250.

Air fryer. Nothing more than a fan in the cooker. My Black and Decker toaster cost $40. You can get air fryers for half that at Walmart.

Also, there are some good store-brand Pankos out there. Brookshires and HEB and Fiesta in TX. A little cheaper.

Good recipe PJ.
