On Thursday, BBC News presenters wore black suits and ties as they announced the latest information on the health of the Queen – though much of what is still being reported remains vague, as no additional information has been provided by the Palace at this time. The BBC’s online graphics also switched from red to black, suggesting the possibility that Britain’s public service broadcaster has already been informed of the Queen’s passing.

I will be sad. One might not like the concept of a Queen but she was truly devoted to Duty.

Anne was born in 1950, two years after Charles, so he and his offspring are ahead of her. A change in the sex ordering of succession would have moved her up to #9 ahead of Prince Andrew.

They’re queueing up for the parties in Belfast and Derry.
I am not sure I believe the truther theory that the Queen has been dead for a long time. I’m not even convinced she was a terrible person. Everything that floats around isn’t always accurate.
The death of the Queen however is supposed to be one of the final markers.
