What is he charged with?
He’s guilty of wanting to follow the constitution
The main charge is a minor traffic violation. Because he’s of the wrong political persuasion he’s already spent a few days in jail.
My understanding is that he has NOT spent any significant time in jail yet because he was arrested in DC on a warrant that was sent from Maryland. The DC court released him and his case scheduled for trial on 7 November

Not that he is looking to turn this into a police misconduct case. My guess is the “arresting officer” was probably ordered to charge this case and was not acting in his normal course of duty.

Unless you call two days in jail for a $65 traffic ticket fine insignificant.
Not sure where you got the “2-days in jail”. I was not tracking that. My understanding is that the judge in DC ordered him to be released without having to post a bond? Did I miss something ?
Was there a 2 day “hold” in DC pending a bond decision ? Like Friday to Monday type thing?

I watched his “violation” occur on livestream.
MD Trooper asked him to exit his semi. He did and got ticketed for exiting his vehicle on the highway. He was leading a protest of our anti-constitutional government.
He didn’t know about charges or warrant until 80 cops arrested him in DC. Spent two days in DC jail before being extradited with his attorney to Maryland. There he was arraigned and released.
This is typical government overcharging for an offense which liberals don’t even get their wrists slapped
