The U.S. Navy quietly rolled back an order punishing SEALs who remain unvaccinated due to their religious beliefs, according to recent court documents.
The order, "Trident Order #12," disqualified SEALs seeking religious exemptions from the COVID-19 vaccine from training, traveling for deployment and conducting other standard business. It was first issued on Sept. 24, 2021 by Vice Chief of Naval Operations Admiral William Lescher, and all special warfare forces were initially expected to come into compliance with the vaccine mandate by mid-October 2021.
The order specifically said that "Special Operations Designated Personnel (SEAL and SWCC) refusing to receive recommended vaccines based solely on personal or religious beliefs will still be medically disqualified," meaning that SEALs were designated as "non-deployable" if they submitted religious accommodation requests.
The order was put on hold due to a preliminary injunction issued by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in early 2022 as part of an ongoing lawsuit brought by First Liberty Institute and Hacker Stephens LLP on behalf of 35 active-duty SEALs and three reservists seeking a religious exemption to the mandate.
However, according to a new filing in the lawsuit, the Navy quietly rolled back Trident Order #12 on May 22, 2022, a few months after the injunction was issued.
A communication order was circulated by the Navy on May 23 with the subject: "NSWC CLOSEOUT TO TRIDENT ORDER #12 - MANDATORY VACCINATION FOR COVID-19." NSWC refers to the Naval Special Warfare Command.
"This order rescinds reference A," it states, referring to "Ref A" as "Trident Order #12 on COVID-19 Vaccinations."
The May 23 communication order also said Navy commands "will continue to follow guidance, as appropriate, regarding COVID-19 vaccination, accommodation requests, and mitigation measures."

The lawsuits about mandating an experimental unproven vaxx might be so huge and so wide that the military leadership is just now coming to the realization they really screwed up.
It’s illegal to force anyone to take an experimental vaxx that has not been approved by the FDA and the vaccines given in America were never approved.
Big pharma refused to give the one that was because they knew they would be sued out of all their dirty profits from the clot shots. Can’t sue for an emergency vaxx as everyone knows.
Biggest scam, beside tens (hundreds?) of thousands of military and civilians being killed so the war machine makers could pocket billions just like big pharma did.
Take the discharge and do something that doesn’t treat you like the enemy.
Glad these guys held their ground. Sadly, though, most soldiers were steamrolled into taking the shot.
And the problem of saying “No thanks, I’ll do without.” isn’t good enough?
There is a young Captain active duty in our family tree. His base and on site command structure has no progressive monkey business, so he’s going to try to stay in until he can’t.

I heard somewhere that one of the newer vaccinations doesn’t use fetal cells and thus negates those exemptions for religious reasons. Anyone else hear anything like that?
Do a thought experiment if you will. Suppose we get to One World Government. Then all the planet's militaries would become redundant. How does the UniWorld Government get rid of this problem, one that may become a threat to their rule? Maybe they will insist on killing the military off sooner rather than later.

“Drastic Increase In Non-Infectious Diseases In Military Explained As Data Glitch: Whistleblower”
A medical Army officer who discovered a sudden increase in disease coinciding with reports of side effects alongside COVID-19 vaccines—which the Army has dismissed as a data glitch—said he faces involuntary separation after being convicted but not punished for disobeying COVID-19 protocol.
In January 2022, First Lt. Mark Bashaw, a preventive medicine officer at the Army, started noticing some “alarming signals” within the defense epidemiological database.
The Defense Medical Epidemiology Database (DMED), which tracks disease and injuries of 1.3 million active component service members, showed during the pandemic a significant increase in reports of cancers, myocarditis, and pericarditis; as well as some other diseases like male infertility, tumors, a lung disease caused by blood clots, and HIV, Bashaw said.
All these illnesses are listed in FDA documentation as potential adverse reactions associated with COVID-19 vaccines, Bashaw told EpochTV’s “Crossroads” program in an interview on Aug. 1.
Seeing increases in cases of these illnesses as high as 50 percent or 100 percent in some situations, Bashaw stepped forward as a whistleblower to raise concerns about his findings.
Bashaw’s whistleblower declaration, submitted to Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) who is facilitating the sharing of information from early investigations of COVID-19 products with Congress, said he saw the increasing incidence of these disorders observed in DMED as “very troubling.”
Specifically, the number of cancer cases among active service members in 2021 nearly tripled in comparison with the average number of cancer instances per year from 2016 to 2020, Bashaw said in his declaration...”
