While explaining the Constitution and the law, Levin pushed back at the claims of obstruction, conspiracy, and fake electors Democrat prosecutors are using to target and criminalize what Republicans did in the 2020 election.

- Mark Levin pushed back at the "fake electors" charge. The legislature choose the electors according to the Constitution, Article II, Section 1, Clause 2:

"Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors"

- Levin also explained how Democrats change election laws prior to the 2020 election: "Prior to the 2020 election, Marc Elias and other lawyers working for the DNC, working for the Joe Biden campaign, brought scores and scores of lawsuits and administrative actions particularly in battleground states to try and change the elections laws to benefit their party and Joe Biden"

It's obvious the Democrats/RINOs directed the nationwide violent Black Lives Matter/Antifa wild thug mob riots, as part of their 2020 Election Steal. Senile Sleepy Joe's VP running mate even went on the Colbert Show, months before the election, very confidently saying to Colbert that the BLM won't stop their violent protests, they will continue into the future. (But how could Kamala possibly know what the violent BLM rioters were going to do next? Rhetorical question - the answer is obvious. Sleepy Joe's VP running mate knowing beforehand the insider details of what the violent BLM riot organization planned to do in the months leading up to the 2020 stolen election.)

Even RINO Mitt Romney is a very proud huge supporter of the communist-based BLM. Romney even marched in the violent BLM thug mob riot organization's so-called "protests" in 2020. Also, it's interesting that the nationwide violent BLM/Antifa riots suddenly diminished right after the election (because their guy, the senile Sleepy Joe puppet was supposedly "elected" President). It's very sad that most Americans were so easily gaslighted by the Democrats/RINOs into somehow believing the 2020 Election Steal was not stolen but was instead "the fairest and most secure election in history."
