This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Small arms, ATGMs, MANPADS, loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles, trailers and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it is not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

September saw 217 RuZZian tanks lost, the most since April. 73 artillery pieces were destroyed, the most since March.
RuZZian tank losses crossed 1200. That means RuZZias entire initial invasion force has been completely destroyed.
Using my ‘unofficial count’, whereby 80% of RuZZian losses are cataloged (and 50% of Ukrainian losses), RuZZia has lost 1513 tanks (1211/.8). 1513 would be more than half of RuZZia’s entire inventory.
This is one of the great military disasters of modern times.

Swedish authorities say they have found a another ruptured section along the two Nord Stream pipelines following apparent attacks this week.

••Strategic Situation:
Today Putin signed a decrease that recognizes all of this four occupied regions of Ukraine, well partially because Zaporizhya, for example is not fully occupied, even the Donetsk region is not fully occupied, but basically they were recognized as independent territories.
That’s the hoopla the Russian government decided to go through, and then on the 30th, there will be a formal also signature of decrease that admit the four regions into Russia. The way it works is those people who are formally in charge of those regions send requests or accept us to into Russia so that’s what’s going to happen tomorrow.
Tomorrow is which is I guess its already tomorrow 30th so that’s going to be the most important moment, as a result Ukrainian leadership decided to do knee-jerk reaction to all of these actions. They decided to call urgent Council of National Security where the head of it said that there will be some fundamental decisions made. The reality of it is: its going to be “Much Ado About Nothing”, because there is nothing Ukraine can do, with exception of winning on the battlefield. That’s really the only the way to solve the problem - the rest is just much to do about nothing. We’ll we’ll see what’s going to happen overall.
This is a clear sign that Russian leadership decided not to have those negotiations, don’t not to try negotiations which the Turkish president was trying to broker peace negotiation apparently fell apart. We can put that idea to rest for now.
There’s going to be more military action, and there is definitely very open discussion about use of nuclear weapons, including within Russia - mostly within Russia & obviously in Ukraine. Ukraine its more a reaction towards the Russian actions, and this might be just a psychological preparation of the population that eventually its going to be used. Now its mostly discussion about a tactical nuclear weapons, but they were also discussing one of the Russian leaders. He discussed that Russia should attack one of the country’s major enemies, as opposed to Ukraine. Ukraine from the Russian perspective, its just a puppet.
From Russian perspective, it should attack attack centers of decision making, and some even the most craziest one they even discussing attacking parts of the US. This is obviously totally out there far, but I just want to describe whole spectrum of what’s going on within Russia. I don’t think that Russian leadership is open to those, but there’s definitely some kind of discussion going on inside of Russian leadership on what to do about it, because all of these mobilization which, so far, is moving along in very rough way while the front line is collapsing.
Russian side may not have time and could be pressed to do something to stem this collapse and that would may like fold their hands in terms of using tactical weapons we’ll see what happens, but because there will be this collapse of Lyman on the section of the front line around Lyman is imminent, so we’ll see what happens as a result of that.
North Luhansk’:
In the north, Ukrainian troops are moving very slowly from Kupiansk; yesterday they liberated the village of Kivsharivka the straight south nd two neighboring villages. This is a very small move and it looks like its more moving in a southwestern direction here; no other changes in the front line here.
On the eastern side, Ukrainian command is has decided to solve the Lyman problem, before moving in more forceful way towards Svatove. That’s just my interpretation of what’s happening, because troops here are somewhat unopposed. Today Ukrainian troops moved closer and they tried to attack Zarichna and Torski; they are twin villages, almost one contiguous village. This is the only route which supplies all of the Russian troops here.
Ukrainian troops moved to Savky, and they are close to controlling the village. This is a difficult situation, because Russian troops are still holding on in Drobyscheve and the BARS units in Lyman and also the 752nd Regiment of 3rd Mechanized Division and probably some other units as well. There’s also 201st Military Camp, regiment size or even less.
Today is probably going to be a moment when this small bottleneck is gonna get shot, and it doesn’t look like the Russian command is trying to withdraw these troops. We’ll see if this is going to be successful, but even Russian sources are all claiming that if they don’t escape this night, they will be doomed in this pocket.
There are attacks on Torski. The main east-west road is already under UA fire control. Even right now getting out of the Lyman area is gonna cause some loss system is probably going to also mean loss of pretty much all of the equipment, abandoned similar to how what was going on around the Izyum, Kupiansk and earlier in September.
As a summary, it looks like on the 30th is going to be final verdict for this pocket so the either they will try to escape, or they will be closed in the pocket. This is going to be a negative background for Russian President to sign the acceptance of those four regions into Russia. Probably for that reason, he ordered them not to withdraw, so that there is no loss of Lyman announced on that date; there is probably some political stuff going on around this situation.
