Maybe her swallow reflex is going. Old people sometimes get spit down the windpipe instead of the esophagus, causing coughing like this.

I get the same seasonal thing. Probably allergy related. My coughing attacks get triggered by stress and talking.
The Black gentleman helping her into the van, is that Special Agent Todd Madison often referred to as her medical handler, who died from a sudden seizure months later….and no one reported until asked? A 20 year veteran of the agency having served multiple presidents was cremated. Just curious if it’s the same man.
