The watermelon monument near Kherson appears to be of the round Crimson Sweet variety. It was great Ukraine was able to liberate that from the Russians.
This isn’t true, the Ukrainians are using light armored Humvees and Toyota forerunners using British High Mobility Hit and Runs with Infantry hanging off the back for quick dismounts and fire support (recon, security, mortars, and Javelin Missiles).

The Russian Army has not been defeated, and is certainly not being forced to retreat. These are all long planned, strategic, withdrawals, and the Russians have removed their men and material without interference by the Ukes, who have simply (and foolishly) occupied areas voluntarily evacuated by the Russians.

It’s quite amazing the speed the Ukrainians are pushing the invaders back after taking Lyman. Apparently they rolled up yet another 35-40 km across a broad front within a few hours. The enemy isn’t even getting time to entrench new positions once they evac from the area.
