Nice try copying and pasting - but you've failed to tell all there is about Chapter 97 - it IS an aggregate site for Ukraine propaganda. I did my homework and already posted about it. They are also involved in Cyber Warfare against Russian sites.

Now you might be delighted about that since you're clearly biased toward Ukraine. But that does not help presenting this crap as if it's legit news sources.
