Westchester County? Easy to lose them in Yonkers, that’s for sure. But for the northern part of the county, how much difference between that and Martha’s Vineyard?

There's certainly lots of $$$ in Westchester so it's unlikely that the residents would be thrilled about this if they knew what happens. But very few residents there read the NY Post so there's no need for panic.
